The Opportunity Foundation of Central Oregon is a benchmark organization and leader in providing services to people in Central Oregon with disabilities.

The Opportunity Foundation envisions a world in which persons with disabilities are understood, respected and valued by the public and in which they are supported in their choices for jobs and places to live and are continually encouraged to grow and realize their dreams.

The Opportunity Foundation envisions the people it serves as important and essential members of their communities. The Opportunity Foundation has a supportive and interdependent relationship with its wider community that enhances its work for persons with disabilities.
